UK house prices rose by 1.1% in July 2017
The Office for National Statistics confirmed that UK house prices rose by 1.1% in July 2017 to an average price of £226,155. The East Midlands saw the highest annual rises at 7.5% in the year to July 2017 (the average for the UK for the 12 months to July 2017 was a rise of 5.1%).
