Online property search portal Zoopla have reported that properties at number 13 are on average £8,974 cheaper than other UK property. It also reported results from its received survey that 1/3 of owners asked would be less likely to buy number 13.
Number 1 is the most expensive an average, followed by number 100.
In addition, almost 25% of those surveyed would not like to exchange, complete or move into their new property purchase on Friday 13th.
There are many buildings without a 13th floor or streets nowadays that skip from house numbers 12 to 14 due to the undesirability of number 13.
